About the hotel

Conveniently situated on the scenic banks of the Thames, ideal for Windsor, Legoland and within easy reach of London. Many rooms offer small balconies and river views.

Relax and unwind in the friendly atmosphere of the Blue River Bar and Restaurant, with a Riverside Terrace and Garden. Hire the hotel's self- drive electric motor launch to cruise along the Thames. The hotel is located in Royal Berkshire only half an hour by frequent train from London Paddington or a twenty minute drive from Heathrow. Some rooms may be allocated in our annexe, located on the same site. Please note the main building does not have a lift.

The Blue River Café is a wonderful location for a lovely meal any time of day. The friendly, professional team at the Blue River Cafe is ready to welcome you.

Food is available all day from our snacks and smaller plate selection, and fish is an obvious favourite. At lunch and dinner, enjoy a larger range of more sophisticated dishes: homemade pies, delicious casseroles and chargrilled fish and meat, all freshly prepared to order.

The ambience is relaxed and comfortable. There are sofas, armchairs, an open fire in the bar area and a large spacious eating area. It is ideal for a special meal for 2 or a celebration dinner party.

From London, Heathrow & m25 London Orbital: Leave m25 at j15, follow m4 West bound. Leave m4 at j7, at 1st roundabout turn left onto a4. Follow for 3 miles, hotel is on left hand side, just over Maidenhead Bridge. From the West & M4: Leave M4 at J8/9 for Maidenhead central. Continue around the town centre joining the A4 towards Slough. The Hotel is on the right hand side just before Maidenhead Bridge. From the North West and M40: Leave M40 at J4 follow A404 towards Maidenhead, leave A404 onto A4 continuing into Maidenhead. Follow A4 through Maidenhead towards Slough, the Hotel is on the right hand side just before Maidenhead Bridge.
